If you normally have three cups in the morning, start with two. If you normally have two, start with one. Gradually decrease the amount of coffee or energy drinks you drink throughout the day
Once you have it down to a manageable level, switch to a caffeinated or even non-caffeinated tea. You will eventually want to find a new drink that you can turn to instead of coffee. Tea is much lower in caffeine than coffee and can be a great alternative. Red tea is caffeine free and still provides natural energy through antioxidants.

Stay Hydrated
