Boy has trouble sleeping in his room, so artist transforms ceiling into a stunning galaxy

It can be hard for little kids to adapt to sleeping in their own room, but one lucky young boy has had his room painted in such an extraordinary way that it will more than likely be hard to get him out of the room after this!

“[My friend] has a little boy who refuses to sleep in his own room,” Crispin later told BuzzFeed News. “When my friend got his new place, he wanted me to come over and paint the room, hoping it will entice his son to sleep in it.”
Crispin Young Wilson is a server hardware repairer that also paints on the side. A friend of hers asked for her special talents to paint his son’s room.

Using glow-in-the-dark paint that is only visible at night, she beautifully created a starscape that would stun anyone that walks into the room!
“I use a huge mix of different paint products, and fortunately they all react to a black light, so I just need to have a dark room and a few power outlets, not to mention some drop cloths, a sturdy ladder, and good music,” she continued to tell Buzzfeed about how she created the end-result!
Amazingly, during the day or when the lights are on, the room looks completely normal!

When the parents showed their son Benjamin the room, he threw a fit… until the lights were turned off!

“Ben sounds very proud. I think he will love his new room, and it makes me so happy to help make his transition to the new home a little easier and more enjoyable,” Crispin notes.

The starscape has quickly garnered attention, with more than 41k retweets spreading the photos all across Twitter. She also notes she’s been inundated with requests to paint skies across Oregon.
“It’s a little surreal, but I’m just so touched at how positive it’s been,” she said. “I’m definitely hoping to keep doing this and keep getting better at it.”

The stunning painting has undoubtedly made Ben and his parents happy. While it can be difficult for a child to adjust to a new home, he’s sure to love his room more than anything, and it’s a testament to all of the adults that worked hard to make this happen!

My friend's 4 year old has no idea that I did this to his room (paint is invisible in day light). Best way to spend a Saturday ðŸŽ¨ðŸŽ¨ pic.twitter.com/tHRtIeYjyE
