3-year-old boy celebrates his adoption. His priceless reaction is going viral

     

Three-year-old, Michael Brown, celebrates his adoption in this heartwarming and adorable photo of triumph.

After his adoption was finalized in Phoenix, Arizona in late December 2016, little Michael Brown is excited to start the new year off with his new family.In a photo captioned 

‘Family Forever #Adopted,’ Michael beams with joy, holdinga sign that reads, “Some things are worth the wait. 

After 832 days in foster care, today I’m adopted.”

The photo, posted by one of Michael’s newly adoptive sisters, has since gone viral, receiving over 140,000 likes and 57,000 retweets, warming the hearts of thousands across the globe.

At only three-years-old, 832 days in foster care is considered the majority of his life.

 Michael was first placed with the family on Valentine’s Day in 2015, at only 18 months old, with the intention to reunite with his biological mother soon after.

 Although plans fell through, 

Tara Montgomery, Michael’s newly adoptive mother, seen below, believes that everything was “meant to be.”


     

Calling him her “Valentine’s baby,” Tara Montgomery states that it was a family affair, confessing, “I say I adopted him, I signed the papers, but we all adopted him.” With excitement in her voice, Montgomery expressed, “He’s all of ours.”

       

Now, Michael is happier than ever, with Montgomery sharing that Michael wakes up every morning and simply says, “Mom, I’m so happy.

” She continues, “He is the most loving, smart, funny and happy kiddo,” explaining that the triumphant photo is “a definition of his personality.”
       
   

As you can see, Michael Brown is over the moon about his adoption, and his newfamily is too.

As an official member of the family, Michael takes on the matching last name of his new sisters, Brown.
